About
Tash spent a significant part of her youth in physio clinics managing overuse injuries as an elite gymnast — an early and formative experience of what good physiotherapy can do for quality of life. She works across a broad clinical scope, from athletic injuries through to the everyday aches and pains that quietly affect how people function and feel day to day. Her particular clinical interests are pelvic pain, headaches and jaw dysfunction, upper back and neck conditions, and women's health across every life stage. After qualifying as a physiotherapist, she undertook further training in women's health, developing expertise in pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pregnancy-related care, postnatal recovery and pelvic organ prolapse. Her focus is proactive care and empowering patients to understand and invest in their own bodies for the long term.
Outside of work
Kept busy by her two young kids, and loves getting to the beach whenever she can.
